Quick Pixel Quilt Update...

Just popping in for a quick note to let you know that "The Tenth" pixel quilt has been quilted, bound and is ready for it's trip to the UK this weekend...........although it is making a brief stop at the St. Louis Science Center this Friday night, July 5th.  How AWESOME is that????

For those of you not familiar with this St. Louis landmark, coincidently it is celebrating it's 50th anniversary too this year and those geniuses decided to host a cross-over Doctor Who event.  You can find out all the details here

Late last week I contacted them and was over the moon when they said "Your quilt looks wonderful and I know our First Friday audience would love it."    YAY!!!!!

So, if you are local and want to see this quilt in person, make your way to the Science Center on Friday.  It will be hanging near the OMNIMAX theater.  And, of course, I'll be there too, so give me a wave :-)

Happy Tuesday!!

  1. Hi Kristy! I just discovered your blog about a week ago - LOVE! Your work is just beautiful, and this quilt is nothing short of amazing. I wish I could see it in person; I lived in St. Louis for almost 20 years, but moved to Chicago 4 years ago. Darn!
