  3. Have you canned any of the burpless varieties before? Daughter did it for the first time last week (always had straight eights before). I don't know anyone who has canned them. You're the first person I asked :) lucky you!! They are "waiting" too for the flavors to meld before they open a jar. So they're not sure how the texture will be and how well they hold up through out the year.
